I am a Shrimp VTuber that makes stream overlays, schedule poster and twitch panels! If you plan to avail my services, I will make sure to give it my all just to make you satisfied with the final outcome of your commissioned work.

Terms and conditions
I. General
1) I have the right to decline a commission if I know I will not be able to do my best to deliver it.
2) You may ask me for REVISIONS and you may do ALTERATIONS with the commissioned works I provide.
3) I cannot provide the psd due to some circumstances: I don't use photoshop to edit and I can't find a way to make it a psd with the software I use.
II. Payment
1) I only accept payments through Paypal. All conversion taxes shall be covered by the client.
2) Send half or full payment after I've contacted you.
3) No refunds after commission has been started.
III. Usage Rights
1) All commission pieces are priced with COMMERCIAL FEE.
2) Strictly no reselling of overlays and its parts.
3) I may use the work(s) produced in my portfolio unless requested otherwise.
IV. TAT
1) Once I've accepted your commissions, you will be in a queue. I usually finish stuff within 2-3 days or if not, earlier than that. Bigger orders means bigger timespan needed to finish.
2) There might be delays if I am experiencing interruptive circumstances. I will try my best to keep in touch with you, my dear client if it ever happens.

ADDITIONAL INFO (Must read):
You need to provide me with your theme of choice, color scheme, logo (optional but preferred), socials and the style you would want for your gaming scene overlay.If you are a Vtuber, I would like to request you to provide me with a transparent png of your character.You need to inform me of what elements you wish to separate as assets. I normally separate chat boxes, alerts widget and socials if requested.I can’t provide a .psd but I can provide you with a separate background and schedule asset.You need to provide your own artwork if you want it added to your chosen product, but you may reach out to me if you want one made. I can look for an artist for you with a reasonable price.
